Community Involvement

Reliance HCM strongly believes that in order for our company to make an impact we must be involved in our local community. Our team is involved with several local organizations including The American Heart Association, ALS Association, Young Life of Chattanooga, and The Company Lab. We are always open to learn about opportunities where we can become more involved with local non-profit associations. Please connect with us via phone or email about possible sponsorships or involvement.

#PeopleFirst

American Heart Association - The American Heart Association is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke.

ALS Association Tennessee Chapter - The ALS Association Tennessee Chapter was created in 2005 through a merger of the Central Tennessee Chapter with the Mid-South Chapter-in-Organization (Memphis) and the Tri-Cities Support Group. The Tennessee Chapter provides services to those living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and their families.

Young Life of Chattanooga - Young Life doesn't start with a program. It starts with adults who are concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. These relationships don't happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency. Young Life leaders log many hours with kids — where they are, as they are. We listen to their stories and learn what's important to them because we genuinely care about their joys, triumphs, heartaches and setbacks.

Company Lab - The Company Lab (CO.LAB) is a nonprofit startup accelerator that supports entrepreneurial growth in southeast Tennessee. We work with companies ranging from street-corner mom and pop shops to tech startups scaling into major markets. We also wake up every morning thinking about how to create a more robust and dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem in our region.

RotaractCHA - RotaractCHA is Chattanooga’s first official Rotaract organization. The RotaractCHA consists of talented young business leaders who are service minded and exhibiting a genuine interest in putting others above self. RotaractCHA offers its members a forum to better understand and promote the characteristics of responsible citizenship and effective leadership. We accomplish this by interacting with our community's business, government and civic leaders, networking with other likeminded individuals, and addressing the community service needs of our local area and beyond.
